People easily BECOME their OWN experiences + resemble the seeds that were planted before they understood them. It’s true, you have to understand their root, before you can help solve, the problem, that YOU see, not them. Ask why they see what they see. This is not about a career change, it’s about a lifestyle, + whatever the reason is, that made it the norm. Increase not reduce hope. Shalom
