At some point we all get frustrated. The person who says it never happens, I don’t quite believe that. Some have outward frustrations while others have inner frustrations; some are resolved quicker than others.

Frustrations in some ways are ok, because they compel people to change. Problem is that some change is for the better, while changes that involve rash decisions can are the ones not easily forgotten and sometimes regretted.

Let your frustration fuel the positive side of change, and examine your thoughts that lead to these decisions.
