I’m sure Im not the only one who has ever wondered about death and the other less discussed mysteries of this life. Within all un-explainable occurrences and things out of our control, we wonder why some people die and others live. In your eyes one person deserves more than the other or the other person had a whole lot to give society.
I don’t know what these reasons are and I am only writing this to focus on one thing. A cousin of mine told me some time ago, that, it wasn’t his time to die yet, because there were things that God still needed him to do. He believed that in his case until he completed those things, then he wasn’t going to die. I have to admit that I believe that there is some truth in this. Not all will agree, but I do believe that we each have a purpose and task to complete and it’s not always brightly evident. If we continue to seek our purpose, then eventually we will find it. It really is an active process that many don’t take to heart and I fear that many pass without actually searching the deeper segments of life.
I encourage you today to take a walk of faith and begin to find the purpose for your life. Through the pursuit, that may already be close to you, your efforts will help you to grow from the inside out.
