It doesn’t matter how defeated you may feel from time to time, Stand Up. Feelings of defeat are expected, & for you not to rise is also expected..by the enemy and the shadow realm. Envision your rise before your fall & your chances of standing up will become that more promising. There are people out there with no legs, that seem to stand taller than those with legs.
