There is a difference between stern words of care versus, stern words birthed with bitterness. The latter will tend to only cause harm. No one will always say the right thing all the time, but we should still attempt to think about the impact that we can have when we say what we are thinking without some form of censorship. Proverbs..bitter and sweet cannot flow from the same fountain.
