Hunter Chronicles D.494

Is there really anyone that plans for hardships with full success? You can prepare and document your trials and tribulations but the outcome will always have some sort of variation. You hang in there and continue to press.

Internal hardships, those that are not visible to the naked eye, have a longer term of effect than the external ones. A person can be in the best physical condition he has ever been in, but he won’t use that external strength to his benefit because he feels broken inside.

Can I breathe while in perplexing situations? Can I stretch my mind when the ceiling of doubt hovers right above my head… so low that it touches my scalp. Not only can you breathe, but you can soar. You can fly without wings. You can run and jump, even if it’s only but for a short moment. How can I do these things?
First, know who you are and if you don’t know who you are, then just know that you are valuable in the eyes of a God who loves unconditionally.
Let’s create a 10-second rule for the day: When you feel the pressure rise today, stop even if it’s in the middle of a conversation. And for 10 seconds, imagine yourself glowing and breathe. Some of you will shed a few tears; some of you will see a spiritual ladder, which will help you climb above the dense fog. Some of you will quietly thank God, for the patience he has given you and you will give the same patience to your environment.
Balance the environment by speaking balance in the air. Peace
